Our client, a global leader in lifestyle management and concierge services, is seeking an APAC Talent Acquisition Lead for a global travel company. This role offers the opportunity to lead recruitment efforts across Japan and APAC, working closely with hiring managers to develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment strategy and planning for APAC region
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for future needs
- Create job advertisements highlighting company and role attractiveness
- Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms for direct sourcing
- Build relationships with external recruitment partners
- Monitor recruitment KPIs and manage recruitment costs
- Ensure recruitment compliance with laws and regulations
- Enhance candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Research and implement new recruitment methods and trends
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (business level) and Japanese (native level)
- Experience with talent acquisition strategies and ATS systems
- Knowledge of industry-specific skills and qualifications
- Experience in compliance with recruitment laws and regulations
- Experience in hospitality or lifestyle management industry is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to manage recruitment campaigns and talent pipelines
