仕事内容：
・製品性能および量産性を予測するためのアセンブリ感度解析、公差／歩留まりシミュレーション
・歩留まり改善、コスト削減、信頼性向上のための光学部品の最適提案
・光学部品の特性評価および性能分析
・プロセス開発部門と連携し、モデリング結果と実機試験結果の整合性を確認
・モデリング結果および改善提案を顧客、サプライヤー、社内に明確に報告
・モデリング手法、ツール、検証済み結果の文書化と共有
・必要に応じた国内外出張
※プロジェクトベースで、顧客・サプライヤー・社内チームと密接に連携し、信頼性が高くコスト効率の良い高品質なソリューションを提供することが求められます。

・導波路光学または空間光学、アセンブリプロセス、信頼性評価に関する知識
・熱応力・熱変位などの熱機械特性に関する知識
・データ分析および設計・プロセス改善への活用能力
