Job Description
Position: Design & Development Manager
Location: Bangpoo industrial estate, Samut Prakarn
Product: Transformers & Switchboards for Data Centers
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the Electrical Engineering Design Department for power transformer and control panel projects.
Develop conceptual designs and prepare BOQs for power transformers and control panel bidding/tender activities.
Review and apply MV (22kV) and LV electrical system specifications, including MDB and electrical distribution requirements.
Evaluate, select, and inspect electrical equipment to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Provide technical consultation on power system design, transformers, and control panel installation projects.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and contractors throughout project design, bidding, and implementation phases.
Conduct site surveys and collect technical data to support project estimation, BOQ preparation, and proposal submissions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Experience in transformer, switchboards, or electrical equipment design.
Able to use AutoCAD or related design software.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Able to visit Pathum Thani manufacturing site when required.
