We are seeking a  Business Intelligence  Analytics Specialist who is passionate about transforming market data into actionable business insights. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical capabilities, commercial awareness, and a proactive mindset. You will play a key role in monitoring market trends, supporting business decisions, and providing valuable intelligence to commercial teams through data-driven reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Track industry developments, market movements, and pricing trends across designated product segments, ensuring timely and reliable intelligence updates.

• Produce recurring market reports, business summaries, and analytical dashboards that support commercial and strategic decision-making.

• Analyze data from various external sources to uncover opportunities, emerging risks, and key market developments.

• Support sales and business teams with customized data analysis, visualizations, and insights for customer engagement and negotiation activities.

• Maintain data integrity and accuracy through validation processes while serving as a key contact for routine market information requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is a plus.

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, market research, reporting, sales operations, or data analytics, preferably within the chemical, petrochemical, or industrial sectors.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into business recommendations.

• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, along with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SharePoint or Teams is advantageous.

• Excellent communication and report-writing skills in English, with strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and the capability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
