Job Description

• Collaborate with Japanese stakeholders to gather, clarify, and communicate project requirements, specifications, and development processes.

• Act as the bridge between customers and development teams to support smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Analyze business and technical requests and transfer requirements accurately to development team members.

• Work closely with Project Managers or Project Leaders to monitor project progress and delivery. 

• Support project coordination activities and contribute to successful implementation.

• Take on broader responsibilities over time, including project management and stakeholder coordination. 

Qualifications

• More than 2 years of experience as a Bridge System Engineer or in a related role. 

• Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2 level or above with strong communication skills. 

• Good understanding of software development processes. 

• Hands-on programming experience and technical knowledge. 

• Experience working with low-level design documentation. 

• Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and self-motivation. 

• Project management experience is an advantage. 

• Experience living or working in Japan is preferred.
