Job Description
Location: Tampoi, Johor
Industry: Packaging printing (5 days/week)
Communicate with customers and understand their needs and identify sales opportunities / develop potential customers and follow up on leads
Create and manage customers account.
Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to provide customers with quality services
Maintain a high degree of professionalism with customers to establish and create a good customer experience.
Manage customer database and prepare costing / analysis reports
Manage customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and follow-up to ensure resolution.
Support office administration and other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Degree/Diploma in Business Studies, Marketing, or any related field.
2-3 years experience in manufacturing industry.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
