グローバル企業にて、北米市場向けゲームタイトルのマーケティング戦略およびプロモーション活動を統括するDirector of Marketingを募集しています。社長直下のポジションとして、日本本社や海外チームと連携しながら、ゲームタイトルのリリース、マーケティング施策の企画・実行、およびチームマネジメントをリードしていただきます。
Marketingチームの統括およびマネジメント
ゲームタイトルのマーケティング戦略立案および実行
ゲームリリースおよび運営に関するプロモーション活動の推進
マーケティング予算、スケジュール、KPIの管理
海外チームと連携し、北米市場に関する情報・知見を提供
広告宣伝、コミュニティ施策、ブランド戦略の推進
業務プロセスの改善およびチームの生産性向上
チームメンバーの育成・指導
新規ビジネス開発およびパートナーシップ推進のサポート
採用活動およびチームビルディングへの参画
業界イベントや展示会への参加および会社代表としての対応
- ネイティブレベルの日本語力およびビジネスレベルの英語力
学士号、または同等の実務経験
ゲーム業界におけるマーケティング、パブリッシング、または関連分野での7年以上の経験
コンソールゲームタイトルのローンチに3タイトル以上携わった経験
Marketing Manager、Senior Marketing Manager、Director of Marketing、またはそれに準ずるポジションでの実務経験
優れたマーケティング戦略立案能力、プロジェクトマネジメント能力、およびリーダーシップスキル
ゲームパブリッシング、プロモーション、コミュニティ運営に関する知識
ハイブリッド勤務環境に対応でき、日本国内のチームと円滑に連携できる方
※Director経験は不問です。
