グローバル企業にて、ゲームタイトルのプロダクションマネジメントを統括するDirector of Productionを募集しています。社長直下のポジションとして、日本本社や開発チームと連携しながら、プロジェクト管理、チームマネジメント、および事業運営をリードしていただきます。
- Productionチームのマネジメントおよび統括
- ゲームタイトルの開発進行、リリース、および運営管理
- プロジェクトスケジュール、予算、KPIの管理
- 海外開発チームとの連携および北米市場に関する情報提供
- 業務プロセスの改善およびチームの生産性向上
- チームメンバーの育成・指導
- 新規ビジネス開発およびパートナーシップ推進のサポート
- 採用活動およびチームビルディングへの参画
- 業界イベントや展示会への参加および会社代表としての対応
- ネイティブレベルの日本語力およびビジネスレベルの英語力
- 学士号、または同等の実務経験
- ゲーム制作またはパブリッシング業界での7年以上の実務経験
- コンソールゲームタイトルを企画・開発からリリースまで担当した経験（3タイトル以上）
- Producer、Senior Producer、Executive Producer、またはそれに準ずるポジションでの実務経験
- 優れたプロジェクトマネジメント能力およびリーダーシップスキル
- ゲームパブリッシング、ライブ運営、ローカライズ、品質管理（QA）に関する知
- ハイブリッド勤務環境に対応でき、日本国内のチームと円滑に連携できる方
