このポジションでは、会計業務、財務報告、財務計画・分析（FP&A）、内部統制を統括し、経営陣と連携しながら事業成長と戦略的意思決定を財務面から支援していただきます。また、経理チームのマネジメントを担い、営業・オペレーション・製造・サプライチェーンなど複数部門と連携しながら組織全体のパフォーマンス向上を推進します。
職務内容
月次・四半期・年次決算の統括
財務諸表および経営報告資料の作成
総勘定元帳および固定資産会計の管理
キャッシュフロー予測の作成
会計基準および社内方針への準拠管理
外部監査対応および税務関連業務の管理
買掛金・売掛金業務の監督
日次入金（ACH、送金、クレジットカード等）の照合管理
内部統制および会計プロセス改善の推進
予算策定、中長期計画、業績予測の支援
KPI分析・収益分析・差異分析の実施
財務モデルの構築
コスト削減および収益性向上施策の提案
部門横断プロジェクトの推進
経理チームメンバーの育成・指導
応募資格
会計、財務または経営関連分野の学士号
会計・財務・FP&A領域で8年以上の経験
ピープルマネジメント経験3年以上
米国会計基準に関する知識
財務報告、予算策定、予測業務の経験
上級レベルのExcelスキル
ERPシステム利用経験
歓迎要件
CPAまたはMBA
製造業または消費財業界経験
監査対応および連結決算経験

給与 USD135,000-150,000
