Job Title: Deputy Director, Community Ageing & Integrated Care
Location: Singapore
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to drive community-based ageing initiatives and integrated care services that enhance the well-being of older adults.
Reporting to senior leadership, you will lead the strategic development, implementation, and continuous improvement of programmes that promote healthy ageing, social inclusion, community engagement, and integrated care.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong stakeholder management capabilities and a proven track record in community care, healthcare, social services, or non-profit leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Programme Development
Develop and execute strategies that support the health, well-being, and successful ageing of older adults.
Identify emerging community needs and design innovative programmes and services.
Drive service transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Explore new funding opportunities and sustainable service delivery models.
Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement
Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with government agencies, healthcare institutions, social service organisations, community groups, and other stakeholders.
Expand community networks to increase outreach and programme impact.
Represent the organisation at meetings, events, and forums.
Integrated Service Model Development
Lead the development and enhancement of integrated service models that connect healthcare, social care, and community support services.
Identify service gaps, operational challenges, and technology solutions to improve service integration and outcomes.
Drive innovation through data-informed decision-making and digital enablement.
Research, Innovation & Evaluation
Stay abreast of developments and best practices in ageing, community care, and integrated care.
Evaluate programme effectiveness through data analysis and outcome measurement.
Implement improvements based on research findings and community feedback.
Community Outreach & Advocacy
Oversee outreach initiatives and campaigns to increase awareness of available services and programmes.
Engage community stakeholders to gather insights that shape future strategies and services.
Advocate for initiatives that improve the quality of life of older adults.
Financial & Resource Management
Oversee programme budgets and resource allocation.
Support fundraising and sustainability initiatives.
Ensure effective stewardship of financial and operational resources.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Gerontology, Public Health, Non-Profit Management, or a related discipline.
Master's Degree is advantageous.
Experience
At least 10 years of relevant experience in programme management, community engagement, healthcare, social services, or ageing-related initiatives.
Proven leadership experience managing programmes, teams, and external stakeholders.
Experience within community care, eldercare, healthcare, or non-profit sectors is strongly preferred.
Experience in developing integrated care, community development, or Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) programmes will be highly regarded.
