- ネットワーク（LAN／WAN／無線）の設計・構築・運用
- ファイアウォール、ロードバランサーの導入・設定・運用
- ネットワーク障害対応およびトラブルシューティング
- 監視、性能チューニング、セキュリティ対策
- 顧客要件のヒアリングおよび設計書・手順書の作成
