日系企業が多く入居する工業団地近郊でインドネシア大手企業集団Lippo Group（リッポーグループ）と共にサービスアパートを運営する企業です。
現地従業員：70名（ 日本人 6 名）
【職務内容】
ホテルサービスアパートメントのコンシェルジュ業務。
きめ細かなおもてなしの精神でお客様に対応し、現地従業員の指導・教育業務を担っていただきます。
【主な業務内容】
- 日々のお困りごとの対応や、長期入居顧客向けの定期的なイベント対応
- ハウスキーピングやエンジニアリング、フロントスタッフと連携し、館内オペレーションの対応
- 定期的な入居者アンケートを通した顧客分析や、新サービス・オペレーションの改善提案。
