Description

• Lead and support the modernization of core insurance systems, including Policy Administration, Claims, and Billing platforms, within a complex IBM Mainframe environment.
• Design and implement hybrid architectures that integrate mainframe and open systems, leveraging technologies such as API enablement and z/OS Connect.
• Provide technical leadership across large-scale transformation programs, managing technical risks, conducting design reviews, and driving root cause analysis and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, offshore teams, and global partners to deliver high-quality solutions and ensure successful project execution from planning through deployment.

• Extensive experience with insurance Policy Administration Systems (PAS) and strong knowledge of Policy, Claims, and Billing business processes.
• Proven expertise in IBM Mainframe technologies, including modernization, migration (Rehost/Rebuild), and hybrid architecture design.
• Demonstrated leadership experience as a Technical Lead or Program Manager, delivering large-scale enterprise transformation projects and managing multiple stakeholders and vendors.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform design reviews, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration in global, multi-language environments.
