【Job Responsibilities / 業務内容】

• Conduct client requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution design using a consultative approach.
• Configure and customize ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Infor, IFS, etc.) based on client requirements.
• Depending on experience, lead project activities or support the Project Manager in progress tracking, issue management, and communication.
• Act as a bridge between Japanese clients and overseas consultants, ensuring effective bilingual communication.
• Support user training, testing, and system go-live activities.
   
• コンサルタントのアプローチを用いた、クライアントの要件定義、ビジネスプロセス分析、およびソリューション設計。
• クライアントの要件に基づくERPシステム（SAP、Oracle、Infor、IFSなど）の構築およびカスタマイズ。
• 経験に応じ、プロジェクト活動の牽引、またはプロジェクトマネージャーのサポート（進捗管理、課題管理、コミュニケーションなど）。
• 日本のクライアントと海外コンサルタントの架け橋となり、効果的なバイリンガルコミュニケーション（日英）を担保する。
• ユーザートレーニング、テスト、システムの本番稼働（Go-live）支援。

【Requirements / 応募要件】

• Experience implementing enterprise ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor, IFS).
• Experience in the aerospace or defense industry, particularly in aviation maintenance or MRO operations, is highly valued.
• Either ERP implementation experience or industry experience is acceptable.
• Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English (English required for coordination with overseas teams).
• Excellent interpersonal and client-facing communication abilities.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to “sell” your ideas and value effectively.
• Language: Native Japanese
   
• 大規模ERPシステム（SAP、Oracle、Infor、IFSなど）の導入経験。
• 航空宇宙または防衛業界（特に航空整備やMRO業務）での経験があれば高く評価。
  ※ERPの導入経験、または対象業界での実務経験のいずれかがあれば応募可能です。
• 日本語と英語の双方における優れたコミュニケーション能力（海外チームとの調整に英語が必須）。
• 卓越した対人交渉力およびクライアント対応能力。
• 高いビジネス感覚と、自身のアイデアや価値を効果的に「売り込む（提案する）」能力。
• 語学力：日本語ネイティブ
