- 日本法人における人事機能全体の統括（HRBP、採用、労務、制度運用など）
- 経営層や各部門責任者との連携による組織戦略・人材戦略の推進
- エグゼクティブ採用および重要ポジションの採用リード
- Employee Relationsやパフォーマンス課題への対応
- グローバルおよびAPAC HRチームとの連携
