本ポジションは、日本国内の輸送・ディストリビューションを統括し、品質・コスト・リードタイムの最適化を推進する役割です。
HQと連携しながら戦略・オペレーション・リスク管理を横断的にリードし、物流を通じてブランド価値を支えます。

職務内容
- 国内輸送ネットワークの最適化（コスト・品質・リードタイム改善）およびKPI管理
- 3PL／キャリアの選定・評価・関係構築、RFPの企画・実行
- コンプライアンス、セキュリティ、監査対応を含むリスク管理のリード
条件・待遇
- 年収800万〜950万円＋ボーナス
- HQ連携／日本市場の意思決定に関与できる高裁量ポジション
- ラグジュアリー物流ならではの高付加価値な経験
- 戦略〜オペレーション〜リスク管理まで一気通貫で担当
- 将来はSenior Manager・Regionalへのキャリアパスあり
