• Manage fund servicing activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and high-quality operational support for institutional clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and resolve inquiries efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to address operational, accounting, and fund administration matters.
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, governance, risk controls, and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while supporting operational excellence across client activities.
• Share knowledge and collaborate with colleagues to strengthen team capability and support business objectives.

必須条件経験・資格：

• 投信計理、ファンドアドミニストレーション、財務報告、監査、銀行オペレーション、クライアントサービスなどの関連実務経験3年以上
• 金融オペレーションに関する問い合わせ対応経験
• ファンド業務、財務報告、オペレーショナルコントロールに関する知識

• 優れたコミュニケーション能力
• 機関投資家・ステークホルダーとの関係構築力
• 課題解決力
• 細部まで注意を払い、高品質な顧客サービスを提供できる方

• 日本語：ビジネスレベル（読み・書き・会話）
• 英語：ビジネスレベル（読み・書き・会話）

• At least 3 years of experience in fund accounting, fund administration, financial reporting, audit, banking operations, or client servicing within the financial services industry.
• Proven experience managing client inquiries related to operational processes and delivering high-quality client support.
• Strong understanding of investment fund operations, financial reporting, and operational controls.

• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical thinking with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced international environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering outstanding client service.

• Japanese: Business-level proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing).
