本ポジションは、財務分析を軸に事業やプロジェクトの意思決定を支援するシニアコントローリングポジションです。P/Lや各種KPIの分析から予算策定・中期計画まで幅広く関与し、経営に近い立場で価値を発揮できます。

グローバルに展開する外資系自動車部品メーカーの日本法人です。車載システム分野で高い技術力を持ち、主要自動車メーカーと取引実績を有しています。日本国内でも複数拠点を展開し、安定した事業基盤のもと成長を続けています。
職務内容
- P/L、財務諸表、運転資本、コスト、収益などの分析およびレポーティング作成
- 予実分析および目標達成度に基づく評価プロセスの実施
- 財務データの妥当性確認（プラウジビリティチェック）
- 月次・四半期・年次決算レポートの作成
- 予算策定および中期計画の立案
- プロジェクト単位でのコントローリング業務
条件・待遇
- 想定年収: 最大900万円まで（ご経験に応じ相談）
- 勤務地：関西エリアまたは関東エリア（経験に応じて柔軟に検討）
- ハイブリッド勤務（週2回程度の在宅勤務可）
- フレックスタイム制（コアタイムなし）
- 年間休日120日以上
