1．事業運営
・港湾構内作業および物流現場向け人材サービス事業の統括
・事業計画の策定および実行
・売上、利益、生産性の管理
・既存顧客との関係構築および新規案件の開拓
・契約条件、料金条件等の交渉
2．倉庫運営
・常温倉庫、定温倉庫の運営管理
・協力会社との連携強化
・品質向上、生産性向上施策の推進
3．外国人材マネジメント
・技能実習生の受入れおよび配置
・監理団体、送り出し機関との折衝
・労務管理および育成支援
・受入れ体制の構築・改善
4．渉外業務
・港運協会等の業界団体対応
・港湾労働組合との折衝
・行政機関との対応
・協力会社との関係構築
5．組織マネジメント
・職員、技能社員、外国人材のマネジメント
・安全衛生管理
・人材育成および組織づくり
・予算管理および収益管理
