Job Description
イベントプランナーとして、国内外で開催されるビジネスミーティング、カンファレンス、リサーチツアーなどの企画・運営を担当します。企画立案から会場選定、ベンダーマネジメント、当日運営、事後分析まで一貫してリードし、参加者に質の高いイベント体験を提供いただきます。

職務内容
- 国内外イベント・カンファレンスの企画・運営
- 会場・ホテル・ベンダー選定および契約交渉
- 参加者管理、招待、当日オペレーション
- イベントスケジュール・予算・リスク管理
- イベント後のアンケート・効果測定・改善提案
- 海外チームとのプロジェクト推進
