職務内容
・金融機関向けデータ分析／AIプロジェクトのリード（PM業務含む）・分析戦略の策定、モデル設計・構築・評価の統括
・Pythonなどを用いたデータ処理、特徴量設計、分析高度化
・MLOps設計およびモデルの運用・改善
・顧客と連携した要件定義・技術提案
・メンバー（データサイエンティスト）の育成・レビュー
・自社プロダクトや分析パターンの企画・設計
