決済サービスを支えるシステム開発組織において、複数のプロジェクトを横断的に管理・推進するプロジェクトマネージャーのポジションです。要件調整から進捗・品質管理、ステークホルダー連携までを担いながら、技術プロジェクトの円滑な遂行と改善をリードします。

職務内容
プロジェクト管理手法を活用し、スケジュール・品質・リスク・関係者調整を行い複数案件を推進エンジニアやプロダクト担当、ビジネス部門と連携し、円滑なコミュニケーションと調整を実施
プロジェクト報告やドキュメント整備、会議運営を通じた全体進行管理
