本ポジションは、プロジェクトにおけるテクノロジー面の責任者として、システム設計・技術選定・品質担保をリードする役割です。
金融領域を中心にDX案件も含め、アーキテクトとして開発から運用改善まで一貫して関与します。

職務内容
・プロジェクトにおけるアーキテクト／テックリードとしての技術統括
・システムアーキテクチャ設計および非機能要件（可用性・性能など）の構築
・顧客課題に対する技術的アプローチの策定と実装推進
・チーム開発のリード（コードレビュー、技術指導など）
・技術選定、開発プロセス改善（ウォーターフォール／アジャイル双方）
・ナレッジ共有・技術研修など組織横断の技術力向上活動
