業務プロセスの改善および標準化の推進
スタッフの採用・育成・評価およびチームマネジメント
顧客対応およびクレーム対応
予約管理・VIP対応・団体予約およびイベント運営
キッチンとの連携による品質管理
メニューおよび季節プロモーションの企画・開発への参画
売上管理、KPI達成、コストおよび在庫管理
顧客満足度の分析およびサービス改善
法令遵守および衛生・安全管理
応募資格
ビジネス、ホスピタリティ、または関連分野の学士号をお持ちの方歓迎
高級またはファインダイニングでのマネジメント経験（2年以上）
リーダーシップおよびスタッフマネジメント経験
予算管理・損益管理の知識
優れたコミュニケーション能力
マルチタスク対応力
勤務地 ニューヨーク州ニューヨーク市（オンサイト）
勤務形態 フルタイム（週5日、40時間以上勤務）
給与 USD70,000-80,000
