職務内容
年次予算の策定および予算管理
月次・四半期・年次の業績予測
予実差異分析、PL分析
原価、粗利、販管費、営業利益の分析
顧客・製品・事業別の収益性分析
コスト削減・利益改善施策の推進
経営層向けレポーティング
各部門との連携による業務改善
財務・業務データの分析および課題抽出
海外本社向けレポート対応およびコミュニケーション支援
応募要件
会計、財務、経営学、経済学または関連分野の学士号
FP&A、管理会計、コーポレートファイナンス、経理等での実務経験（3年以上）
予算策定、フォーキャスト、財務計画、差異分析の経験
日本語・英語ビジネスレベル
上級レベルのExcelスキル
製造業での経験
原価計算または収益性改善の経験
日系企業または海外本社対応経験
ERPシステムの利用経験
Power BIなどのBIツールの使用経験
業務プロセス改善の推進またはリード経験
給与 USD $100,000-130,000
勤務地 アーバイン カリフォルニア州（週2～3日出社のハイブリッド勤務）
