Job Description
- Conduct internal and external quality audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Plan and coordinate Gemba meetings for quality management system validation and implementation verification.
- Study and implement Yamaha Motor Corporation (YMC) global standards and complete standardization activities.
- Deploy global Quality Management System (QMS) requirements across the plant.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality performance and process effectiveness.
- Coordinate calibration shop activities, ensuring equipment calibration, process compliance, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other applicable automotive quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process quality and regulatory compliance.
