仕事内容：
成形エンジニア兼工場長として次の業務をお任せします。
■新規モデル立ち上げ（押出成形）およびローカルスタッフマネジメント
■生産現場の製造工程、品質管理の効率化、改善提案等
■生産異常発生時の対応（原因究明から対策実施）
■日本本社の担当部署とのやり取りを含む対応業務
