Position: Service Engineer
Location: Phathumwan district, Bangkok
Product: Electron Microscopes, Spectrometer
Responsibilities:
• Install, commission, and verify equipment performance at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled service visits.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment issues.
• Provide technical support and training to customers and end users.
• Travel to customer sites to resolve technical problems and support service activities.
• Complete service reports and maintain technical documentation.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Provide feedback on product performance, quality issues, and system improvements.
• Act as a technical resource and support training activities when required.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics
• Experience in Service Engineer, Field Service, Laboratory Equipment, Medical
Devices, or Scientific Instruments.
• Basic knowledge of electronics, electrical, or mechanical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to travel frequently for customer site visits.
• Good command of English.
