• Control and develop quality systems from suppliers, in-process, through to customer quality.
• Analyze quality issues and establish systematic preventive measures.
• Manage QA/QC teams and drive continuous quality improvement activities.
• Coordinate quality matters with customers and external parties.
• Support internal and external audit activities.
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science, or related fields.
• At least 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the automotive industry, including 3+ years
at managerial level.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
• Experience in customer complaints, supplier development, and audits.
• Strong analytical and systematic problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English communication.
