Position : SPD Engineer
Salary : 17,000 - 25,000 THB (allowance included)
Qualification:
Mechanical Engineering Bachelor's degree.
0–3 years of experience in manufacturing or automation (Fresh
graduates are welcome)
Toeic 500 point up.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes (Milling, Grinding) or Automation systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data analysis and reporting).
Responsible, fast learner, and able to work under pressure.
Experience in Lean, Kaizen, or Automation will be an advantage.
Job description:
Take ownership of machines and processes to ensure stability, performance, and compliance with standards.
Support and develop Automation projects (e.g., Robotics, Auto Inspection, Equipment Improvement).
Drive continuous improvement activities (Kaizen, Lean, Cost Reduction) and monitor measurable results.
Control and improve production processes in SP2 / SP3 (Milling, Grinding) to enhance product quality and productivity.
Analyze production line issues using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence.
Take ownership of machines and production processes within the assigned area (Process Owner) to ensure stability, reliability, and compliance with established standards.
Support and develop Automation projects, including robotics, automated inspection systems, and equipment improvement initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement activities such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and Cost Reduction programs, while monitoring and reporting measurable results.
