Qualifications:
Over 7–10 years of professional experience in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, or General Business Management.
Minimum 5 years in a leadership position, managing cross-functional teams across Customer Service, Purchasing/Procurement, and Warehouse Operations. Experience working within multinational companies (MNCs) is highly advantageous.
Strong background in managing end-to-end operational processes, including customer order fulfillment, procurement activities, supplier relationship management, inventory optimization, warehouse management, transportation planning, and logistics execution.
Demonstrated success in driving customer satisfaction, streamlining operational processes, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost optimization, productivity enhancement, service quality, and operational excellence.
Practical experience with ERP platforms such as SAP or equivalent systems, supporting order management, procurement, inventory control, and overall operational planning.
Job description
Lead and manage the daily operations of Customer Service, Procurement, and Warehouse functions to ensure seamless business operations.
Monitor operational performance and provide regular updates, analysis, and recommendations to senior management.
Oversee the end-to-end order fulfilment process, including quotation preparation, order entry, delivery coordination, and billing activities.
Implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, strengthen service delivery, and improve customer retention.
Manage procurement activities, supplier sourcing, purchasing processes, and material availability to support operational requirements.
Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and purchasing terms to optimize cost and value.
Evaluate supplier performance and establish strong relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to mitigate supply risks and maintain service levels.
Oversee warehouse activities including inbound receiving, inventory storage, stock control, and outbound distribution.
Ensure inventory accuracy through effective stock management practices, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
Coordinate transportation and logistics activities to support efficient delivery execution.
Monitor warehouse and logistics performance to ensure on-time delivery and optimal resource utilization.
Drive process improvement initiatives across customer service, procurement, inventory, and warehousing operations.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process optimization, and service enhancement without compromising quality.
Lead, mentor, and develop supervisors and team members across multiple operational functions.
Set performance objectives, monitor KPIs, and conduct regular performance reviews to support employee growth.
Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Production, and regional/global teams to align operational execution with business objectives.
