Job Description
COMPANY OVERVIEW
A provider of smart home and electrical solutions, specializing in premium power track systems, smart lighting, and innovative home living products, is hiring a Senior Sales Operations & Showroom Executive. This role is responsible for managing sales operations, showroom activities, customer and dealer relationships, order processing, and ensuring a high standard of customer experience while supporting the company's continued growth.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage quotations, sales orders, delivery orders and invoicing processes.
Coordinate warehouse, logistics, finance and customer service functions.
Manage dealer accounts and key customer relationships.
Ensure showroom operations maintain premium service standards.
Resolve operational issues and improve internal workflows.
Mentor and support junior sales operations personnel.
Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Support management in scaling operations during company growth.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant experience in customer service, sales support, showroom, retail, or administrative roles will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, organized, and detail oriented.
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
