Go、React、GraphQL、Google Cloud Platform（GCP）などの最新技術を活用し、生成AIツールも開発プロセスに取り入れながら、次世代のデジタルマーケティングサービスを構築していただきます。

Join one of Japan's leading technology and e-commerce companies as an AI Software Engineer and help build a next-generation AI-powered affiliate marketing platform. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a greenfield project where AI technologies are embedded throughout the software development lifecycle.

Working alongside a highly international engineering team, you will leverage modern technologies including Go, React, GraphQL, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and cutting-edge AI coding assistants to develop scalable, cloud-native applications that support one of Japan's largest digital ecosystems.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy a next-generation AI-driven affiliate marketing platform.
• Build scalable cloud-native applications using Go, React, GraphQL, and modern software architecture.
• Investigate system bottlenecks and optimize application performance for reliability and scalability.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures, technical documentation, and deployment processes.
• Gather technical and business requirements while providing solutions to stakeholder inquiries.
• Participate in code reviews and promote software engineering best practices to ensure high-quality code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to continuously improve development processes and product delivery.
• Utilize AI-powered development tools to improve engineering productivity and software quality.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• ソフトウェア開発経験5年以上
• Go、Reactを用いたWebアプリケーション開発経験
• GCPなどクラウド環境での開発経験
• GraphQL、RDBMSを利用した開発経験
• CI/CD、DevOps環境での開発経験

• グローバルな開発環境でのコミュニケーション能力
• ディスカッションを通じてよりよいものを作り上げていく姿勢、コラボレーション能力
• 業務に取り組む主体性、自走力

• 日本語：ビジネスレベル
• 英語：上級ビジネスレベル（技術的なディスカッションができるレベル）

• Claude、Gemini、Codexなど生成AIツールを活用した開発経験
• AI・機械学習関連システムの開発経験
• 生成AIを活用した開発プロセス改善やプロダクト開発への関心

• 5+ years of software engineering or application development experience.
• Strong experience with Go, React, GraphQL, OAuth, and RDBMS technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Cloud Run, Terraform, and Cloud Pub/Sub.
• Experience developing cloud-native applications and modern distributed systems.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Codex, Gemini, or similar AI coding assistants.
• Strong knowledge of GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, automated workflows, and software engineering best practices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a global engineering environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to software quality.

• English: Fluent
• Japanese: Business level (Conversational proficiency acceptable for daily communication)

• Experience developing AI-powered or machine learning applications.
• Experience working within Agile or Scrum development environments.
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing, ad tech, or digital marketing platforms.
• Experience building highly scalable cloud-based platforms on GCP.
• Passion for emerging AI technologies and modern software engineering practices.
