本ポジションでは、日本本社のグローバルファイナンス変革推進部門に所属し、海外拠点を含むグループ全体の財務機能高度化・デジタルトランスフォーメーションをリードしていただきます。

財務会計システムの刷新、AI・自動化を活用した業務改革、規制対応プロセスの高度化、資金管理領域の変革など、経営戦略に直結する重要な変革テーマを推進します。

• グループ全体の財務変革戦略の策定および実行をリード
• 財務会計システムの刷新・高度化プロジェクトを統括
• AI・自動化技術を活用した財務業務改革を推進
• 資金管理（Treasury）および規制報告プロセスの高度化を推進
• 経営層、財務部門、IT部門、海外拠点などを横断した変革プログラムを推進

Join a leading global financial institution as the Global Finance Transformation Lead and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of its global finance organization. Based at the firm's headquarters in Japan, you will lead enterprise-wide finance transformation, digital transformation, and change management initiatives that modernize financial operations across multiple regions.

Working closely with executive leadership, you will define and execute the transformation roadmap covering financial ledger modernization, AI-driven automation, regulatory reporting, and treasury transformation. This is a unique opportunity to influence strategic decision-making while leading complex global programmes that drive operational excellence and long-term business growth.

• Lead large-scale global finance transformation programmes across finance, operations, and technology functions.
• Develop and execute transformation roadmaps for financial ledger modernization, AI-enabled automation, treasury management, and regulatory reporting.
• Manage cross-functional global teams, ensuring successful delivery of complex transformation initiatives.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to align transformation strategies with long-term business objectives.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership, communicating programme progress, risks, and strategic recommendations.
• Drive organizational change by promoting the adoption of new processes, technologies, and operating models across global business units.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with global project governance standards.
• Foster collaboration between finance, technology, operations, and business teams to achieve successful transformation outcomes.

必須条件

経験・資格：

• グローバル金融機関または大手コンサルティングファームにおける、金融財務領域の業務改革・システム変革プロジェクト経験
• 会計システム、財務業務、規制報告に関する専門知識（Basel、FRTB、金融庁規制等）
• 複数の国・部署が関わる大規模なプログラムのマネジメント経験
• 大規模チームまたは複数部門を率いたマネジメント経験

• グローバル金融機関における大規模な財務変革プロジェクトの推進経験
• AI・自動化技術を活用した財務業務改革の経験
• 財務会計システムの刷新・導入プロジェクト経験
• 海外拠点を含む業務改革・システム展開経験
• 大規模な組織変革やプロジェクト管理に関する知識・経験

• 8+ years of experience leading finance transformation, financial services transformation, or strategic change programmes within a leading consulting firm or global financial institution.
• Strong expertise in financial ledger systems, treasury operations, financial reporting, and financial transformation.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements, including Basel, FRTB, and Japanese FSA regulations.
• Proven success managing large-scale global transformation programmes involving multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience leading and developing teams of 15 or more professionals.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Excellent analytical and strategic problem-solving capabilities.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Strong presentation and influencing skills with the ability to engage C-suite executives.

• Experience leading enterprise-wide finance modernization initiatives within a multinational financial institution.
• Knowledge of AI, intelligent automation, and digital finance transformation technologies.
• Professional certifications in project management or finance transformation are advantageous.
• Experience working within global Transformation Offices or enterprise PMO functions.
• Familiarity with agile transformation methodologies and enterprise change management frameworks.
