職務内容
- バランスシート構成の管理および最適化の推進
- 日次の資金調達・流動性管理の統括
- 債券投資戦略の策定および資産配分の最適化
- 市場リスク・流動性リスク・金利リスクの管理
- 規制・内部ポリシーへの準拠およびコンプライアンス体制の維持
- ALCOの企画・運営およびレポーティング業務
- マーケット・収益性分析および経営層への提言
- チームマネジメントおよび関係部署との連携強化

- 円資金市場および関連規制への理解
- 高い分析力、意思決定力、コミュニケーション力
- 日本語および英語ビジネスレベル
