【仕事内容】：
1、SR（サポートリクエスト）対応：作業内容の確認、日程調整、作業MOP/DITPの作成及び社内検証
お客様のラボまたは現地にて作業及び報告を行う
2、作業進捗管理：お客様より問題の受領、管理、内部共有
3、Q＆A対応：本部のR＆Dと連携して問題を解析し、お客様に回答すること
4、Storage製品へのデリバリー：基本設計、詳細設計、設備構築、検証、切り替え作業、トレーニング
5、データ収集とパラメータ変更用のDITP作成、オペレーション作業
6、パートナー向けStorageレニンーグ資料作成、トレーニング実施
7、License発行
製品のライセンスを申請し、インポートとアクティベーションを完了してください。
8、各種ログ取得

Required Skills
【必須条件】：
1. ビジネスレベルの日本語・中国語能力。
2. ITサーバー、ストレージ、スイッチなどの機器の導入・運用または日常保守の経験があり、一般的なストレージ通信プロトコルとその原理を理解し、WindowsやLinuxなどのクライアントシステムに精通していること。
3. 明るく社交的で、コミュニケーション能力が高く、柔軟に対応でき、多文化環境下で働けること。
4. 品質改善の経験があること。
5. 向上心があり、責任感が強く、自発的に問題解決に取り組める
