CDNを基盤としたプラットフォームの開発・運用プロジェクトにおいて、計画策定、進捗管理、ステークホルダー調整、リリース管理など、プロジェクト推進全般を担当いただきます。

複数の開発・運用チームやサービス提供者と連携しながら、プロジェクトを成功に導く重要な役割です。大手企業の国際的な技術環境で、PMとして幅広い経験を積めるポジションです。

• CDNプラットフォームに関するプロジェクトの計画策定、スケジュール管理、実行推進
• プロジェクトの目的・要件を整理し、開発チームや関連部門と連携したプロジェクト推進
• サービス提供者や社内ステークホルダーとの調整、コミュニケーション管理
• プロジェクト計画書、サービス提案資料、各種ドキュメントの作成・管理
• リリース計画の策定および本番展開に向けた承認プロセスの調整
• 進捗状況、リスク、課題、KPIなどの管理および定期的なレポーティング
• プロジェクトリスクや依存関係の特定、対応策の検討・エスカレーション
• 開発・運用・関連チーム間の連携を促進し、円滑なプロジェクト遂行を支援

Join one of Japan's leading technology and e-commerce enterprises as a Project Manager supporting mission-critical CDN (Content Delivery Network) platforms. This English-only opportunity is ideal for an experienced Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced, international environments and enjoys coordinating complex software development and operational projects.

Working with cross-functional engineering teams, service providers, and business stakeholders, you will lead multiple initiatives from planning through delivery while ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

• Lead end-to-end project planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery for CDN platform development and operations.
• Develop project roadmaps and ensure milestones, deliverables, and timelines are achieved.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for service providers, tenants, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare project proposals, technical documentation, monthly billing reports, and project status updates.
• Align project objectives with business requirements and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate release planning, operational approvals, and deployment activities.
• Monitor project performance, track KPIs, and communicate project status, risks, issues, and progress to management.
• Foster collaboration across engineering, operations, product, and business teams to ensure successful project execution.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• ソフトウェア開発またはプロダクト開発領域におけるプロジェクトマネジメント経験3年以上
• 複数プロジェクトを並行して管理し、優先順位を整理しながら推進した経験
• Agile／Scrumフレームワークを活用した開発プロジェクト経験
• Jira、Confluenceなどのプロジェクト管理・コラボレーションツールの利用経験
• ソフトウェア開発ライフサイクル（SDLC）およびソフトウェア開発プロセスに関する理解
• リスク管理、課題管理、関係者へのエスカレーションを含むプロジェクト管理経験

• 目標やマイルストーンから逆算して計画を立案できる力
• 論理的かつ整理されたアプローチで業務を推進できる能力
• 関係者と円滑に連携し、合意形成を進めるコミュニケーション力
• 主体的に課題解決へ取り組み、成果に責任を持つ姿勢

• 日本語：不問（できれば尚可）
• 英語：上級ビジネスレベル

• CDN、ネットワーク、インフラ関連プロジェクトの経験
• 大規模Webサービスやプラットフォーム開発におけるPM経験
• グローバルチームや英語環境でのプロジェクト推進経験
• ITサービス運用やリリース管理に関する知識・経験

• 3+ years of project management experience within software development, product development, or IT environments.
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects and balancing competing priorities.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Hands-on experience using JIRA, Confluence, and other project management tools.
• Experience managing project risks, issue resolution, and stakeholder communications.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Strong organizational and planning abilities with a structured approach to project delivery.
• Ability to translate business objectives into actionable project plans.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Experience managing CDN, cloud infrastructure, or large-scale web platform projects.
• Experience working in international or multinational organizations.
• Knowledge of DevOps, release management, or IT operations.
• Agile or Project Management certifications such as PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale digital platforms or e-commerce services.
