• Manage the complete software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, production support, and ongoing maintenance.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and modern cloud technologies.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, developers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams across multicultural and global environments.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions while maintaining high coding standards and software quality.
• Conduct code reviews, system testing, validation, and production deployments to ensure reliable software delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing systems and recommend technical enhancements that support future business growth.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI development tools and automation solutions, and contribute to technical roadmaps that drive innovation.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• ソフトウェアエンジニアとして実務経験5年以上
• Java（Spring Boot／Spring Batch）を用いたWebアプリケーション開発経験
• MySQL、MongoDB（NoSQL）、Kafka、Git、Google Cloud（GCS、BigQuery、Dataproc）の実務経験
• Agile／Scrumによる開発経験、およびJiraなどのプロジェクト管理ツールの利用経験
• 拡張性・保守性を考慮したシステム設計、およびアプリケーション開発ライフサイクル全体に関する知識・経験
• AI開発ツール（GitHub Copilot、Cursor、Windsurfなど）を活用した開発経験

• 技術的な内容を非技術部門やビジネス部門にも分かりやすく説明できるコミュニケーション能力
• 多国籍メンバーや関連部門と円滑に連携し、チームで成果を創出できる協調性

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development, software engineering, or enterprise application development.
• Strong experience with Java Spring Boot, Spring Batch, MySQL, MongoDB (NoSQL), Kafka, and Git.
• Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Google Cloud Storage (GCS), BigQuery, and Dataproc.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, software development best practices, version control, and project management tools such as Jira.
• Experience designing scalable software architectures and delivering enterprise-level web applications.
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, or similar coding assistants.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
