Description
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot
- Translate complex business requirements into robust technical designs and efficient implementations
- Lead system architecture design, including middleware selection and microservices integration
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle: design, build, release, and operations
- Monitor system performance, identify root causes of issues, and drive proactive improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Evaluate and introduce new technologies to enhance system performance and development efficiency

Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Java development within microservices architectures
- Strong expertise in RESTful API development and OpenAPI specifications
- Solid understanding of ORM frameworks and database schema design
- Advanced SQL skills, including complex query handling
- Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit)
- Proven ability to design system architectures and evaluate OSS solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Business-level English proficiency
- Experience with cloud platforms (especially GCP)
- Knowledge of performance tuning across infrastructure, OS, DB, and applications
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins)
- Exposure to frontend technologies such as TypeScript, React, or Next.js
