広告配信プラットフォームのデータサイエンス責任者として、機械学習アルゴリズムの開発と事業KPI改善を統括するポジションです。技術・ビジネス・組織の3軸で意思決定をリードし、プロダクトの競争力向上と事業成長に貢献します。

職務内容
・広告配信アルゴリズムの設計・開発（入札最適化、ターゲティング、価格最適化等）・統計分析・モデリング（eCPM分析、価格弾性、因果推論など）
・A/Bテスト設計・効果検証
・広告オークションロジックの改善（First/Second price、Bid shading等）
・経営層への技術説明およびデータドリブンな意思決定支援
・事業KPI（CTR、CVR、RPMなど）の改善
・データサイエンス組織の構築・マネジメント（採用・育成・評価）
・PdM、エンジニア、ビジネス部門との連携
