医薬中間体受託製造及び香料原料製造における製造プロセスの確立と工業化検討、生産部門への技術移転をご担当いただきます。
化学工学（単位操作・スケールアップ・装置設計）を活かしたプロセス開発に深く関与できます。
・プロセス設計、スケールアップ検討、シミュレーション、設備選定、設備設計、リスクアセスメントの実施
・マルチプロダクトプラントにおけるプロセス条件検討、機器設計（攪拌、配管、熱交換器、ポンプ、蒸留塔〔充填塔〕、スクラバー等）
・生産設備の導入・改造検討
・生産におけるトラブル・変更に対する技術支援
・お取引先との技術的な協議・提案
・メンバーへの指導、アドバイスを行いながら、案件の推進とメンバーの育成
