・メール・電話による有害情報の聞き取り・収集
・収集・整理した有害事象のクライアントへの報告（システム経由）
・上記業務における品質改善、進捗管理、問題可決、メンバーサポートなどのスーパーバイザー業務

・製薬業界でのご経験・医療関係者（医師・薬剤師など）との対応力（スムーズさ、マナーなど）
【歓迎要件】
・医薬品業界におけるコンタクトセンター/コールセンター、お薬相談室などでの医療機関対応経験（年数不問）
・ライフサイエンス関連の学歴
・職歴・添付文書やインタビューフォームの改訂作業をしたことがある
・薬剤師もしくはMR資格
