＜メイン業務＞
・従業員向けの健康相談窓口の運営、産業医面談の管理
・休職、復職の対応
・労働災害に関する対応
・感染症対策の企画、運営
＜その他健康推進室業務＞
・定期健康診断、インフルエンザ予防接種、ストレスチェックの企画、運営
・衛生委員会の運営
・従業員向けメンタルヘルスケア教育の企画、実施
※チーム内での業務PJTおよび、チームを超えて部署などで実行するPJTへの参加やプロジェクトマネジメントをお願いする事もあります。
