Assistant Controllerは、月次決算や監査対応にとどまらず、契約締結や売上認識のプロセスを通じてビジネスに直接的な影響を与えるポジションです。必要に応じて業務プロセスの改善・是正にも関与し、適正かつ効率的な事業運営をリードしていただきます。

Experience supporting financial reporting and close processes
At least 5 years of practical experience in month end close reconciliations and statutory and/or management reporting.
Strong technical accounting knowledge
Proficiency in Japan GAAP; US GAAP knowledge is desirable. CPA or equivalent professional accounting certification is preferred. Education in Finance or Accounting is desirable.
Communication competency
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Japanese （written and verbal）. Able to communicate complex business issues clearly and concisely.
Strong critical thinking skills and risk mindset
Proficiency with Oracle and BI tools
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Problem solving and stakeholder management
Leading/executing process improvement projects
