■業務概要
開発、生産、セールス、ロジスティクスなど国内外に点在するチームと密に連携しながら、マーケティングの全体設計・優先順位付け・実行をリードする役割を担っていただきます。社内の調整役ではなく、自ら課題を定義して方針を決め、手を動かしながら事業の成長を着実に前進させるポジションです。
■具体的な業務
・マーケティング戦略の立案および実行、予算管理
・外部パートナー（広告代理店、制作会社等）のディレクション
・展示会、広告キャンペーン、販促施策の企画・実行
・セールス・代理店・販売店向けの販促支援
■重点領域
・EFポリマーにおけるマーケティング戦略の設計と推進
・社内メンバーおよび外部パートナーを含めたプロジェクト全体のリードと意思決定
