＊新規の共同研究案件・協業案件などのビジネススキーム・契約形態に関する事前相談対応
＊グループ全体の契約の最適化・一元管理
＊締結済契約書の解釈に関する問い合わせ対応
＊新規事業・M A・投資案件などのスキーム・契約に関する経営層への助言
＊契約・法律全般に関する問い合わせ対応
＊紛争・訴訟対応（外部弁護士との連携、戦略立案）
＊グループ全体に対する教育研修の実施（個別重点・e learning）

Required Skills
【必須】
＊企業法務の実務経験（2年以上）
＊英文の創薬研究に関する業務委受託契約書・共同研究契約書・協業契約書を主担当としてレビュー・ドラフトして締結した経験（英文のみの累計で20件以上、SOWやCDAは含まない ※目安、経験については応相談）
＊英文契約書読解力・記述力必須
＊英語での契約交渉経験（WEB、対面）
＊創薬支援サービス提供時に発生しうる知財に関する大枠の理解ができること
＊創薬に関するサイエンス、AI活用に関する苦手意識がないこと

以下いずれかの委受託業務に関する実務経験（研究職・法務職・知財職などのうち創薬研究に関連の強い職種に限る。）
（１） 統合型創薬CROでの勤務３年以上
（２） 製薬会社（事業会社の創薬研究の部門を含む。）
（３） その他ライフサイエンス分野の企業での勤務５年以上 が望ましいが、柔軟に相談可。

＊法務博士（専門職）、法学修士以上の学位
＊MBAの学位
＊弁理士資格

＊AIに関する知識・技能・活用経験
