業務内容
＜業務概要＞
グローバルな事業を法務面から推進するため、契約交渉支援、法的審査、紛争対応等を行います。
＜主な業務内容＞
・契約書作成・交渉（日英）：事業全般（特に通信ソフトウェア・技術取引）に関わる複雑な商業契約書の作成および交渉を主導
・法的審査：楽天の製品・マーケティング・事業施策に関する法的審査を実施。他チームと連携し、ローンチとイノベーションを促進するための実践的かつ解決志向の助言を提供する
・紛争解決：顧客やサプライヤーとの紛争対応
・プロジェクト管理：複数のプロジェクトを同時に企画・管理・実行する

・法律事務所または企業内法務担当者としての実務経験が最低3～5年以上あること。より豊富な経験を有する候補者も歓迎
・日本語と英語に堪能であること
【歓迎要件】
・海外または日本の弁護士資格を有すること
・多国籍かつ多様な環境での実務経験を有すること
・IT、ソフトウェア、または通信業界での実務経験を有すること
