・グローバルHSE戦略の策定・展開を通じて、サイト全体の安全衛生・環境パフォーマンス向上を推進
・規制当局、地域社会および社内関係者との協力体制を構築し、円滑な事業運営を支援
・法令・社内規程を踏まえた安全・環境・事業継続管理システムの整備・維持を統括
・労働災害防止、健康リスク低減および環境保全を目的としたHSEプログラムの導入・定着を推進
・グローバルレポーティングに必要なHSEデータの収集、分析、品質管理および報告をリード
・労働安全衛生・環境保護に関する各種施策を法令および業界標準に基づき推進
・バイオセーフティ、放射線安全、プロセスセーフティを含む専門領域において、部門横断・地域横断での連携強化を主導
