■各種和文・英文契約書（システム開発請負、データ処理、サブスクリプション、コンサルティング、ソフトウェア使用許諾、共同開発、販売代理店他）の審査・作成・交渉支援
■SaaS、DaaS、AI・データ利活用等のデジタルビジネスに関するビジネスモデル・法規制・契約枠組みに関する法的支援
■国内・海外でのトラブル・訴訟・仲裁などの紛争対応業務（外部弁護士・現地法人Legal担当との連携含む）
■出資やM Aを含む各種プロジェクトへの法的支援
■組織法務・ガバナンス関連の法的支援
■グローバルリーガルセンター内の管理・運営に関する業務、法務メンバーの指導・教育
