AI/ML向けレーザーチップ製品の事業責任者として、担当製品の事業成長と収益性向上を担います。市場戦略や製品戦略を立案し、製品の企画・販売・製品変更・製品終了まで、製品ライフサイクル全体をリードするポジションです。
職務内容
年間売上計画、需要予測、5ヵ年事業計画策定
価格戦略・価格交渉及び商談推進
Design in活動
PCN（製品変更通知）およびPDN（製品製造中止通知）の推進
製品関連課題におけるクロスファンクションでの調整

ネイティブレベルの日本語能力

社内外の関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションを取り、プロジェクトを推進できる能力
顧客対応や製品企画、営業、FAE、研究開発など、技術系ビジネスに関わる実務経験

Product Line Management（PLM）の経験
光トランシーバー、光半導体、または半導体業界での経験
AI/ML、データセンター、テレコムネットワークなど通信事業関連市場での業務経験
売上計画、需要予測（Demand Forecast）、事業計画策定の経験
製品価格設定、見積作成、価格交渉の経験
顧客とのDesign in活動や新製品立ち上げの経験
営業、FAE、マーケティング、または研究開発から製品企画・PLMへキャリアを広げたい方
